Labyrinth Counseling Center is a BlueCross/BlueShield PPO preferred provider. In addition, Labyrinth Counseling Center will submit billing for any other insurance company. This service is included in the session fee.

• Initial Evaluation: $155.00 (50-55 minutes)
• Individual Session: $135.00 (50-55 minutes)
• Individual Session: $170.00 (75-80 minutes)
• ABA Session: $135.00 (50-55 minutes)
• Couple/Family Session: $150.00 (50-55 minutes)
• Group Session: $40.00-60.00 (1 & 1/2 to 2 hours)
